Turkey Fajitas

Here's a deliciously different recipe for leftover turkey...just give it a kick with picante sauce, peppers and onions, all wrapped up in a flour tortilla.  What a tasty idea!

Directions

Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the peppers and onions and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the turkey, gravy and picante sauce.  Reduce the heat to low. Cook until the mixture is hot. Season to taste.

Spoon about 1/3 cup turkey mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold the tortillas around the filling.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 small green pepper or red bell peppers, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 2 cups)
2 medium onion, sliced (about 2 cups)
3 cups cooked turkey or chicken strips
1 can (13.8 ounces) Campbell’s® Turkey Gravy or 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Turkey Gravy
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
12 flour tortilla (6-inch), warmed
