Your favorite sandwich shop can't do a tuna melt any better than this...give it a try...it's quick, easy and delicious.
Stir the tuna, celery and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
Place the toast on a rack in a broiler pan. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the toast and spread to the edges. Top the tuna mixture with the cheese.
Heat the broiler. Broil 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
1 can (about 5 ounces) tuna in water, drained
0.25 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse™ Hearty White Bread, toasted
4 slices Cheddar cheese or pasteurized prepared American cheese product (about 4 ounces)
