Quick Loaded Potato

Directions

Place the potato halves, cut-side up, on a microwavable plate.  Cover with plastic wrap.  Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or until tender.

Top the the potato halves with the sour cream, bacon, cheese and green onion.  Season to taste.

Ingredients

1 medium russet potato, cut in half lengthwise
1 tablespoon sour cream
0.5 slice cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
