Pizza Fondue

Pepperoni, bell pepper and cream cheese blend together with Italian sauce and Parmesan cheese to make a quick and easy fondue for your next get-together.

Directions

Cook the pepperoni and pepper in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat for 4 minutes or until the pepper is tender.

Stir the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in the saucepan. Cook until the cheese is melted, stirring often. Stir in the pizza sauce and cook until the mixture is heated through.

Ingredients

0.5 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1 small green or red bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
4 ounces (1/2 of an 8-ounce package) cream cheese, cut into cubes
0.333 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1.5 cups Prego® Pizzeria Style Pizza Sauce
