Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Wow, are these good...and so simple to put together.  Prepared dark chocolate chunk cookies and chocolate ice cream come together to make the delectable ice cream sandwiches.

Spread about 1/2 cup ice cream onto each of 4 cookies.  Top with the remaining cookies.

Dip the edges of the sandwiches into the sprinkles.  Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
1 package (7.2 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Nantucket™ Crispy Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies(8 cookies)
0.5 cup chocolate sprinkles
