Place the potatoes, oil, thyme and pepper in a 13 x 11-inch shallow baking pan and toss to coat.Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes. Turn the potatoes and bake for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and browned.Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until it's hot and serve over the potatoes.
