Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until well browned. Remove the beef from the skillet.
Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli, onion and garlic powder and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir the soup, water and soy sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the beef to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the beef mixture over the rice.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into very thin strips
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
0.125 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small clove garlic, minced
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
0.333 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 cups hot cooked white rice or egg noodles
