Classic Cranberry-Orange Relish

Directions

Place half the orange and half the cranberries into a food processor.  Cover and process until the mixture is coarsely chopped.  Spoon the orange mixture into a bowl.  Repeat with the remaining orange and cranberries.Stir in the sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, until desired sweetness.  Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
