Caesar Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
2 tablespoons Caesar salad dressing
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse™ Hearty White Bread
4 leafs Small Boston or Bibb lettuce

Instructions
Stir the chicken, dressing and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
Divide the chicken mixture between 2 bread slices. Top with the lettuce and remaining bread slices.
